One nice piece was a ricotta-filled croissant reminiscent of the good flavors found in the Caribbean, yet with a distinct Italian flair. As I enjoyed a lunch of freshly made pasta, I found it fascinating how they seamlessly integrated local produce, a practice I deeply appreciate as a marine biologist. The ambiance of the dining area, surrounded by lush gardens, created a serene backdrop that complemented the culinary offerings. Guests are encouraged to savor meals in a tranquil setting, mirroring my love for the ocean's calm essence.
